pee/ess Renaat who compiled the comp is the founder of R&S Records in Belgium. He's got a nifty discogs page with funny pictures and his own myspace page:

discogs: http://www.discogs.com/artist/Renaat+Vandepapeliere
myspace: http://www.myspace.com/renaatvdp

weird. he breeds horses (guess that would explain the R&S logo).
