Sorry for what ?? You have one of the absolute best blogs out there mate, cheers for taking the time and for sharing the music. Feint Operation (New Zealand)
amen. you guys are phenomenal, absolutely made my weekend when i discovered your blog. actually laughed out loud when i was digging around for some music library stuff...and then found samhain. awesome on both counts. cheers from nyc, karsten
No problem. I've finally had a chance to catch up. Thank you so much for all the top Library, Italian, German shares, etc. 100% excellent stuff. (Hard to believe I'd never heard of De Wolfe, a few weeks ago). A request: "Talkin' Jazz: Themes from the Black Forest" vols. 1 & 2 ('70s euro, Talkin' Loud, 1994).
oh god, don't apologize. You are my favourite blogger ever (and one of the hardest worker as well). I really have enjoyed the stuff you share with us. I'll try to keep in touch with you because I have some kind of spanish (I'm spanish, sorry for my english) library music and funky/soul music that may be of your interest. Thankyou very very much. Pablo
Knowing there's so many other like-minded niche music enthusiasts out there makes all the work worthwhile! Initially had started the blog just for myself, my brother and some friends. Never imagined there would be more than one or two comments on anything, so it's been a great experience all around! More to come in a few days for sure!
Hey don't feel bad. Do what you can. Most folks appreciate the effort no matter how great or small. Most just don't take the time to say so. I have to think that for every comment there are at least 75 folks that like what they download but just don't take the time to say it.
Don't apologize, really. We all really appreciate the crazy cool shit you bring. But there's no pressure eh? It's not like you had to do it, it's a total free and generous move from your side, so I dare someone to complain about it! I don't know if I'm expressing myself right...(I'm french) Anyway, I love your blog and I look at it really often. I'll stay tuned, whatever time you need. Thanks dude!
I wanted to comment on your Ableton post referring to "Old School Mixing". One of my favorite DJ's was NYC's "Loft" parties of the mid-70's. The slackest DJ I've ever heard. Play a record & when it's over just put on the next one. A real no brainer & famous as hell.
